Early morning Svalbard. Traveling to Svalbard take this reindeer picture was not the same as traveling to the Canadian Arctic. Svalbard is more accessible, very modern and also more touristy. The common theme between both places is climate change. Just like the Canadian Arctic and everywhere in the world, Svalbard is facing the same issues of climate change. Melting of the Permafrost has caused structural issues to buildings. Some of the structures must be constructed differently. Much effort is going into learning how to work with rapid climate change.
All of us can use our resources and also help with the rapidly changing environment, we can take actions on slowing down climate change. Animals like in our picture of a reindeer, on the other hand, had fewer resources and they can not adapt as fast as climate change is happening.
How resourceful can we be to help the animals?
Every person alive today is living in a time of enormous stakes and controversy around climate change facts. It may not always seem that way when we go about our daily lives. Occasionally we’ll check in with the news and hear about the reality of our world. The insignificant gossip, heartfelt stories, tragic accidents, and nefarious crimes all have our attention. All of our wildlife and portraits limited edition art prints are signed, dated and numbered by Ejaz Khan.
In order to protect the authenticity of our museum-quality prints, we provide a certificate of authenticity limiting the risk of falsification and duplication.
Certificates of authenticity are attached to the back of the frame.
Our prints are so unique, like the biting horse, the yawning puma, and the musk oxen butting heads, you will never see them any other place in the world.
FACE-MOUNTED PLEXI FRAMING
Our artwork is permanently face-mounted to plexiglass using a clear adhesive.
A brace will be mounted to the back on archival acid-free museum board, along with a french hanging cleat. The cleat could require additional hardware based on the composition of your wall.
Please note our standard plexiglass has a reflective surface which brings a different kind of feel to our wildlife and portrait images.
